Here at CrcuitPro we love the Classics not just the music but the truely beautiful machines that really delivered with power and grace back in the 60′s and 70′s. They don’t build Stereos like that any more so its like working for the historical society when someone brings a receiver that’s 40+ years old and weighs 70lbs.

These old stereo units are quite often collector items. None of that fancy circuitry just Raw Clean Power. These repairs get extra special treatment and a (complete polish job, on the house). Why Television repair starts with an estimate fee?
The quick answer is diagnostics can be up to 80% of the job.
Before anyone can fix a tv or fix a stereo, one must diagnose / find what the problem is. Here at CircuitPro we take television repair very seriously. That is why we also do our best to figure out what caused the malfunction to occur in the first place. Even common tv problems require a thorough inspection.
At CircuitPro this includes disassembling and cleaning the entire television set. Yes we remove all of the dust, dirt and grime from the inside of your television so an accurate inspection and evaluation can be made. “How anyone can execute a television repair without seeing all of the components and connections is baffling.” After the circuit boards are removed any suspect areas are scrubbed with a special Hi-tec circuit board brush, then inspected under a magnifying glass or jewelers ring.
Looking for tv problems can take time and is a big part of a tv repair service. Now if we have tested and found the malfunction and the cause. We can search and price out all the new parts, figure out time on the job and reassembly time,now we have an estimate.
We next call the client with the estimate. Most of the time they say ok fix the tv or fix the stereo in which case the estimate fee is put toward the tv repair bill. Occasionally someone may decide not to fix the tv and we are left with the cost of disposal.
